Mail OTP
Enter your FL ID and send a request to Admin. After mail service is configured, this same flow can be connected to email OTP without exposing an OTP on the page.
Admin Reset: Send your FL ID and explain the problem. The request will appear in Admin Support. Admin can reset the password from the Admin panel.
